Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead team members
- Strong personal time management and efficiency skills
- Experience in recipe costing and scaling
- Ability to create new items for the menu while maintaining consistency and quality
- Proficiency in general bread, pastry, and viennoiserie knowledge
- A DOH Food Handler's Certificate, or the willingness to obtain one quickly
- Availability to work daytime, weekend, and holiday shifts
Expectations:
- Oversee daily bread and pastry production while maintaining strict quality control
- Train and mentor staff to ensure consistent high-quality products
- Manage inventory, ordering, and wholesale operations
- Create and execute production schedules
- Collaborate with other managers to ensure efficient and smooth operations
- Ensure strict adherence to DOH regulations and food safety and hygiene standards
- Continuously assess and improve production processes and product offerings
