We seek to provide comfort and joy, to care for, and nurture life by sharing our unique pastries, cake, pies, breads and treats. We bake everything from scratch using high-quality ingredients. As a Bakery Production Team Member you will identify and select ingredients, prepare, form and bake items in our pastry, bread or Viennoiserie departments. At Tatte Bakery we bake everything from scratch and use high quality ingredients. Our bakery production team members must thrive in a fast-paced work environment while adhering to cleanliness and sanitation standards for the entire kitchen and dish area. Most importantly, they must take pride in what they do and be team player.

Job Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience successfully working in a high-volume pastry production, banquet production kitchen (or similar environment), however Tatte is always willing train an ambitious candidate.
• Desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.
• Passion for baking with a keen eye for freshness, quality and cleanliness.
• An appetite for learning (and delicious pastries).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts - Weekend availability is a must. Shifts range from early morning to early afternoon start times.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
