The right person for this job is someone who takes ownership of performance and leadership of their team and builds customer relationships that are beneficial to the all interests involved. Candidates must possess the above qualities as well as proven performance as a bank leader. Responsible for overall leadership and management of bank performance, including direct responsibility for commercial lending and credit, as well as collaborative responsibility for retail and private banking. Lead bank team to perform at a high level related to overall delivery of sales and service, expense and credit controls, community leadership, and meeting financial and compliance standards. This position works with all levels within the organization and builds strong working relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
- Six to nine years experience in the banking industry.
- An undergraduate degree in finance or accounting is required. Experience above and beyond nine years may substitute degree if right fit.
