As a Fountain Worker at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, your accommodating personality and ability to balance the needs of a diverse clientele will facilitate a dining experience that guests will savor long after they have taken the last bite.

Primary job duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Provide exceptional guest service. Greet guests immediately as they approach.
• Accurately take guests orders.
• Recommend additional items for consumption.
• Carefully process payment.
• Serve and prepares fountain items.
• Assist in maintaining standards of health, safety and sanitation.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of proper food storage and handling and supervise adherence.
• Other duties as assigned.

• At least (6) six-months of food & beverage experience.
• Working knowledge of equipment to include, but not limited to blenders, coffee makers and various kitchen
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• At least 18 years of age.

• At least six months of food server, cashier, fountain worker or barista experience.
• Previous experience in a large, luxury resort setting.
