Significant Duties: This position provides clinical oversight to ABA technicians working in directly operated services. Provides consultation and behavioral analytic direction to contracted service providers and agencies in their program area(s). This position specifically focuses on servicing children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, along with providing parent training and completing assessments in a timely manner.

Essential Functions

1. Provides clinical oversight to ABA technicians for assigned caseload

2. Assists staff and contractual personnel in providing direct treatment services.

3. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate and timely clinical records, compliant with agency and other regulatory bodies and standards.

4. Completes monthly parent and family training to designated person served

5. Provides direct treatment services as necessary.

6. Writes and speaks effectively.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field. Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst required (BCaBA).

Experience:

One to three years’ progressive treatment experience working with persons with mental health disabilities in a mental health service setting(s). (The primary focus will be working with children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or a serious behavioral issue.)

Experience training family members, other care givers, and professionals to use Applied Behavioral Analyses as part of a person-centered plan of service.

Lived experience with behavioral health issues preferred.

Compensation: Salary: $46,092.80-$65,769.60

Entry Level, then 6 month increase, step 1, step 2, step 3 and 4 as follows:

$ 22.16 $ 23.83 $ 25.49 $ 27.49 $ 29.48 $ 31.62
