Positive Pathways is seeking a Behavior Consultant to work with individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. Position requires a Master's degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or ABA
- Work from your home
- Flexible schedule, set your own hours based on client needs
- Life Insurance, annual stipend for CEU's, and membership with INABC
- Visit clients in their homes or communities in the county where you live and surrounding counties (in the state of Indiana only).
- Complete Functional Behavioral Assessment and Behavior Support Plan
- Use positive and strengths based approach with clients
- Train teams on how to implement the Behavior Support Plan
- Participate in Quarterly team meetings
- Complete documentation of all billable activities with easy to use software
- Complete timely Quarterly reports and documentation
