***Our client is looking to hire a Behavior Specialist to join their team in the Pembroke, MA area.

Schedule: Part Time, 10-15 hours a week

Schedules available:

Weymouth 3p-6p Monday-Friday

Duxbury 9a-11a 5 days per week at a school

Scituate 1p-3p Monday-Wednesday and some Fridays (23 year old adult)

Cohasset 3:30p -8p Monday-Thursday 3 children (9, 11, 12) with autism

Pay: Based on experience and certifications

Responsibilities:

• Teaching adaptive skills one-on-one to children with an autism and their families in their home.
• Observing patient behavior
• Implementing interventions for behavioral and developmental challenges.
• Educating patients and parents in adaptive activities.
• Customizing treatment plans for patients.
• Recognizing critical improvements in patient behaviors
• Collaborating with families to obtain feedback on treatment plans and patients' progress.
• Keeping electronic records of behavior, treatments and improvements
• Travel may be required
• Other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Experience working in the behavioral health field
• High school diploma
• RBT certification (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Behavioral Health: 1 year (Required)
• Working with children: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• RBT Certification (Preferred)
