We have a passion for serving families living with the challenges of developmental, intellectual, behavioral, and/or physical differences. Providing in-home Respite Care for those parents/caregivers who need a break for the demands of caring for thier neurodiverse children or adults living with them. This care may just be for a few hours occassionally, a routine schedule per week or month, a weekend get-away, or an extended vacation. This work is extremely meanigful and rewarding. Providing a critically-needed service for the well-being of the person we are caring for and their families.

We are looking to add team members who have experience and expertise serving children and/or adults from the neurodiverse community that have moderate to severe behavior challenges such as self-injurious, injuring others, property destruction, and/or elopement.

SYNERGY HomeCare offers:

• Competitive pay ($17.50 - $21.00)
• Paid Vacation / Paid Holidays / Paid Sick Days for part time team members who work over 20 hours per week
• Time-and-a-Half or Double-Time when working certain Holidays
• Flexible schedules - work around school schedules or other job schdules
• Paid ongoing training both online and in our Skills-Lab

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
