Voter Engagement - Quality Control Administrator $15-16/hr

With the goal of increasing voter participation in mind, we are hiring part-time Quality Control Administrators to help with quality control for a voter registration drives. You'll be part of a team of detail-oriented people doing the administrative work behind the scenes to make voter registration drives successful.

We’re unable to hire people residing in the following states: Alabama, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Utah, and West Virginia

Get paid well! Quality Control Administrators are paid $15/hour, or $16 if bilingual. Shifts are available Monday-Saturday and run from 2:30pm-8:00pm. We are hiring immediately, all positions run through mid-October.

Responsibilities:

• Visual inspection of voter registration cards to determine accuracy and completeness

• Verification calls to newly registered voters to ensure accuracy of data

• Detailed note-taking on the results of visual inspections and verification calls

The ideal candidate:

• Bilingual English/Spanish conversational fluency REQUIRED

• Strong listening and communication skills.

• Extreme attention to detail

• Possesses a growth mindset, be trainable, and open to new skills

• Passionate about progressive issues and motivated by social change

• Basic tech capacity and willingness to learn new technology

• Trustworthy, professional, and reliable

Prior call center or voter registration experience is a plus but not required. Laptop or Computer required.

Pay: $15-16/hr for Quality Control Administrators. We offer bonuses for friend referrals.

• A key part of the Quality Control Administrator's work is reviewing voter registration forms to check for errors. This involves being very detail-oriented and taking really good/clear notes of any errors. What experience do you have with detail-heavy administrative work? How comfortable are you with using new apps and programs like google sheets?
