Job description

This role is fully REMOTE after a 3 month training period.
We are looking for a coordaintor who will be invoving clients, keeping track of inventory, and assiting our sales reps.

• Issue invoices to clients.
• Keep a record of client accounts with updated charges to the account.
• Make note of any payments made or missed.
• Inform clients of their outstanding debt.
• Communicate with vendors over phone and emai

Requirements:

• MS Excel proficiency

• Experience reviewing invoices
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
