The Billing Clerk is responsible for obtaining and providing accurate and timely information necessary to generate proper invoicing for the Billing Department. Develop excellent, in-depth knowledge of company systems, as well as communicating effectively with team members within the Billing Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Work closely with General Manager with the billing process

· Review, edit (as needed) and finalize invoices

· Close work orders and process invoice in timely manner

· Ability to handle high volume workflow and prioritize workload

· Follow-up with customer invoicing

· Maintain and prepare all work orders for billing

· Assist team in any Corridor/Total FBO billing issues that arise

· Serve as liaison to Technicians and Management

· Monitor shop fuel truck

Other duties may be assigned

Skillset Required:

· Problem Solving/Analysis

· Must be detail oriented

· Must be highly organized, and reliable

· The ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment

· Strong Time Management/Multitasking Skills.

· Ability to communicate effectively with Customers in-person, by phone and through email.

· Flexibility/Adaptation to Change.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

This job operates in a professional office environment.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Prior experience as a Billing Clerk preferred.

Experience with Problem Solving/Analysis.
