Billing & Payroll Specialist – Adaptive Workforce Solutions immediately seeks a Billing & Payroll Specialist to oversee the payroll services we provide for our clients. This position is located at our Gilbert offices.

As a Billing & Payroll Specialist, you will earn $50,000 or more per year, depending on experience. Plus, you will enjoy:

To be considered for our payroll opportunity, we require at least two years of accounts receivable, payroll or billing environment experience and:

• At least two years of experience working with accounting software.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A High School Diploma or GED.

Some of your responsibilities as a Billing & Payroll Specialist will include:

• Generating accurate client invoices and researching discrepancies.
• Preparing and processing payroll for our traveling employees.
• Tracking missing timecards.
• Creating and sending vendor payment details weekly.
• Creating reconciliations for accounting.
