We are seeking a bilingual Spanish speaking BCBA to join our team!

Job Description:

· Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans for children and families

· Train and supervise behavior technicians

· Schedule and conduct parent trainings

· Conduct initial and reassessments, functional behavior assessments and create behavior intervention plans

· Monitor and evaluate program data, modify programs based on data analysis, and report on progress/regression

· Provide support to families, behavior technicians, and colleagues using effective communication including supervision of RBTs and BCBA/LBA candidates

· Ensure high quality care and services

Requirements:

NYS LBA REQUIRED

· Board Certified Behavior Analysis

· Malpractice Insurance

· Experience conducting assessments such as the Vineland, VB-MAPP, ATEC, etc.

· Excellent clinical judgement, problem-solving and organizational skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $95.00 - $100.00 per hour
