Our organization is hiring a Behavior Assistant Analyst to make a positive impact on the lives of children every day. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing one-on-one interactions as well as reinforcing positive behaviors. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a residential setting with children ages 2–21.
• Provide routine care to children and maintain positive, caring behavior.
• Support families by conducting home visits and providing support to parents.
• Adhere to all laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of services.
• Communicate clearly with families and staff members.
• Assist clients in developing skills for life in a community setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
