Axis Healthcare is looking for a HR specialist and Bookkeeper to join our team in Bixby, OK.

We are christian company and want to make sure our employees and staff feel love and compassion with every interactionn.

Bookkeeping Responsibilities:
This person will be in charge of payroll, paying bills, daily entries, monthly reconciliation, compiling and submitting 941's, preparing tax information to accountant, etc...

HR Responsibilites:
Making sure employees fill out all the correct paperwork, setting them up on all our systems, walking them through training videos, cordinating their training schedules, following up on any employee needs, making sure we stay compliant, improving employee training, improving employee follow-ups with managers, etc...

This person must have great time management skills, work well with a team, be familiar with quick books, self sufficient, hard working, meet deadlines, and set an example to those around them. Medical experience is a plus!

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
