Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a bookkeeper. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for our ecommerce, wholesale, and logisitic business.

Responsibilies

• Recording financial transactions, such as sales, purchases, and payments, in the organization's financial software or ledger.
• Reconciling bank statements to ensure that all transactions are accounted for.
• Summarize bank transactions to respective categories
• Generating financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Assisting with budget preparation and tracking expenses.
• Maintaining accurate and organized financial records, including receipts, invoices, and other documentations.
• Assisting with the preparation of tax documents and other compliance-related tasks.
• Assist with data entry and organization of E-commerce data
• Perform other financial tasks as needed.

Skills

• 2+ years of experience working as a bookkeeper or in a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency with Quickbooks Online, and open to learn other financial softwares quickly
• Confidentiality
• Data Entry Skills
• Experience with working with multiple legal entities under differnt legal umbrellas

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
