Job description

This position has several different aspects to it. As a Bookkeeper, the right candidate will assist customers with balance and transaction inquiries, process chargebacks, work non-posts and NSFs daily, balance GL accounts, assist in processing ACH returns, file documents, and other duties as assigned.

As a Proof Operator, pick up, scan and balance work regularly throughout the day, balance vault and teller cash, and other duties as assigned.

This position requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Must be able to quickly solve problems, as well as communicate in a professional, congenial and pleasant manner to customers.

Previous experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

• Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
