OES seeks a highly qualified individual to serve as a middle school Boys JV2 Soccer Head coach for the upcoming 2022 Fall Season.

A successful candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Previous soccer coaching experience
• High ethical and professional standards
• The presence and desire to be a role model for student-athletes on and off the field
• A commitment to the importance of academic excellence and achievement for all student-athletes in the program
• A proficient effective communicator
• Skilled in organization & time management
• A thorough knowledge of track & field, skill development, and coaching techniques
• Demonstrated ability to be a positive leader within the high school program and develop and instruct young athletes both physically

and emotionally.

The OES Boys MS Soccer Head Coach will be responsible for the following:

• Provide a positive learning environment for the athletes
• Prioritizing integrity, innovation and inspiration while assisting with practices, motivating students, and instructing student athletes

in strategies & techniques specific to throwing (shot put, discus and javelin)

• Manage athlete behavior during training sessions, meets and events
• Take necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities
• Uphold and enforce school rules, administrative regulations
• Attend all matches and practices scheduled for the sport
• Set a positive role model for students
• Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with the entire coaching staff

Compensation: $3600-4200/stipend DOE

Start Date: August 29, 2022-October 25, 2022

All newly hired coaches will need to complete the following prior to employment:

1. First Aid Card. 4. Completion of All OES Requirements.

2. Fingerprinting/Criminal Check.

3. Completion of OSAA Certifications.
