Brand Coordinator

Essity is a leading global hygiene and health company which develops, produces and sells Health & Medical, Consumer Tissue and Professional Hygiene products and solutions and has a strong global presence.

Located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, we're looking for a Brand Coordinate , responsible to coordinate and monitor compliance and correct application of the Country/Hub brand identity with high-impact executions, following the brand development and communication strategy, in order to be consistent in local and regional communication, seeking to increase the brand visibility at the different points of sale to leverage commercial objectives, supporting the brand's consumer experience strategy by integrating the different points of contact and thus contributing to the regional brand positioning

What You Will Do

• Brand Identity : Implement and monitor the Brand identity with the particularities of each country, in order to establish the strategic north of the brand in the region aligned with the UEN strategy, Pop Material, merchansiding and brand assets, Giving support to complementary áreas.
• Budgets: Control and monitor the budgets of the brand in the Country/Hub in order to correctly execute the investment
• Feedback: Identify relevant insights from the feedback of brand strategies to the regional team on the guidelines executed from the Country/Hub to achieve the results
• Communication: Follow up on the strategic communication campaigns (Comprehensive Communication Plan) aimed at consumers and shoppers of the different channels of the Country/Hub, to meet the objectives established by the categories, brand and business, by defining the mix optimal media for each campaign, ensuring the highest reach and the right ROI for the categories and Brand
• Digital Strategy and Alternative Media: I mplement and monitor the digital strategy in social networks and website (content, activities) to leverage the business strategy with the established guidelines
• Consumer Experience: Implement the consumer experience strategy based on global guidelines, generating a journey through the different contact points and for the different stages of its life cycle.

Who You Are

• Graduates in careers such as Marketing Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Advertising and related.
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
• Experience in marketing and communication strategies advertising and media, finance, sales channels and brand development
