Job description

Shifts generally run from 5am - 1pm and include Friday, Saturday and Sunday every week plus two weekdays. Weekends and holidays are required but time-off requests are often accommodated. Timeliness and reliability are crucial for this role. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Setting up and breaking down buffet
• Cleaning kitchen and dining areas
• Machine-washing dishes
• Brewing coffee, simple cooking by oven
• Monitoring and replenishing food as needed
• Greeting and interacting with guests
• Putting away orders / organizing pantry
• Mopping and vacuuming floors
• Cleaning restrooms and corridors
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
