Job Summary
These positions are 4 - 7 hours/day, split shift, during the school year. Under the direction of the Supervisor, Transportation, assists students with special needs during transport to and from school and or special activities; assists drivers in the loading, unloading and securing of handicapped students.
Requirements / Qualifications
Dual-Merged (2223-39) An examination will be given to establish an eligibility list for the position of School Bus Attendant in order to fill current and future vacancies. These positions are 4 - 7 hours/day, split shift, during the school year. Under the direction of the Supervisor, Transportation, assists students with special needs during transport to and from school and or special activities; assists drivers in the loading, unloading and securing of handicapped students. Faxed materials are not acceptable. Oral Exam: TBA (by invitation only) ORAL BOARD EXAMINATION: The Oral Board/Performance-Based Examination will be given by appointment only. Following the conclusion of the Oral Board Examination, the candidates will be ranked and notified of their scores. All testing will take place at La Mesa – Spring Valley School District's Education Service Center, 4750 Date Avenue, La Mesa, CA 91942 (Phone: 619-668-5700) unless notified otherwise.
