Serenity is looking for a healthcare business analyst. This position is based in Lehi, UT, or can be remote if you live in the Denver area. Serenity is looking for someone with healthcare experience and/or medical billing experience. You will be leveraging data analysis and business intelligence to improve patient outcomes and create operational excellence. This work will focus on the patient's clinical experience and billing, insurance authorization, and claims-related operations. You will own the end-to-end analysis pipeline, from ETL to scripting analysis, to Business Intelligence reporting.

What We Need from You

• Experience with data analysis and SQL is required.
• Experience with EHR/EMR is required.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is a major plus.
• Experience with medical billing is preferred.
  
• Experience with PowerBI is preferred.
• Experience with insurance authorizations is preferred.
