Job Location: San Diego, CA
Qualifications:

• BS, MS in a technical discipline of science or engineering.
• 2-4 years as Business Development in biochemistry/engineering/drug development.
• Business licensing/business model experience.
• Business concepts and skills from a business modeling, licensing, term sheet negotiation perspective around licensing on Lipid NanoParticle technology platform and enablement of emerging genetic medicine and vaccines (not sales)
• Research based education
• Training in drug development, material chemistry and formulation of Lipid NanoParticles is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assist with project support and stage-gate activities in corporate development tied to new DDS licensing and internal program partnerships.
• Assist with building and maintaining alliance management
• Keep alliance and project activities on track from early BD/ technical review through feasibility evaluation POC.
• Work with the NAMBD Planning Team on execution and completion of BD associated activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
