The Position:*
As a Business Development Associate, you will be developing/working with our business opportunities to develop and maintain relationships with clients and assist in the execution of sales strategies. You will have the opportunity to learn from and work closely with our General Manager, who has been with FreshPure Waters for over 30 years. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a self-motivated attitude. The successful candidate will travel up to 75% of the time to promote the company and its products/services at conferences, trade shows, and other events.

What we’re looking for from you:
Proven experience (2-5 years) in business development or sales, ideally in a grocery environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Strong organizational and project management skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
