Business Development Manager
Job description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and customer needs. Utilize this information to shape business development strategies and identify target markets.
New Business Acquisition: Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations. Lead the end-to-end process of acquiring new clients, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, strategic partners, and industry influencers. Continuously engage with key stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and provide innovative solutions.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments. Leverage this information to identify areas of differentiation and competitive advantage.
Networking and Industry Engagement: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility, build professional networks, and generate business leads.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align business development initiatives with organizational goals. Provide insights and feedback to enhance product/service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting. Use CRM tools to monitor customer interactions, manage opportunities, and generate reports for management review.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development activities and outcomes. Prepare regular reports and presentations to highlight achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Pay: $38,770.91 - $95,170.44 per year
