The Budd Group is searching for a motivated Business-to-Business (B2B) Business Development Manager to help bring our next level of growth! This teammate will sell our Janitorial Services to new customers and must have a proven background of successfully selling a service to other businesses.

These types of sales have a longer sales cycle. Sell something that is needed by everyone!!! This job will be focused on Eastern Nashville and East TN. Hours: Mon-Fri: 8:00 am-5:00 pm Location: East Nashville to East TN Responsibilities: • This individual will market facilities management services to commercial businesses, private education and higher education in our service footprint.

• Successful candidate must be a self-motivated, organized professional with a proven track record of prospecting and developing new customers. Experience Required: • Proven successful B2B sales experience with a demonstrated ability to close. • Proven sales record that has met or exceeded annual quotas. • Must have Service Industry sales experience and knowledge.
• Proven prospecting, networking and marketing skills. • Must have valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
