JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager, US New Indications Business Finance is a highly visible role, working closely with key stakeholders across the business. This role collaborates with leaders across the US commercial and medical organizations in our new indications to support the planning and execution of commercial launches. This role will also lead the global coordination for new indications for the business finance organization. The Manager, US New Indications Business Finance is responsible for delivering financial insights, making recommendations for launch decisions, coordinating and facilitating corporate planning and finance processes, reporting financial and operational results, and partnering with the US commercial and medical organizations in our future indications to deliver financial results.
This a full time, exempt, remote/hybrid role reporting to the Senior Director, Business Finance tied to our Chesterbrook, PA location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively deliver business and financial insights that provide assigned businesses with important, actionable ways to successfully establish new indications and deliver business results
- Understands levers of impact of assigned businesses and actively participates in business reviews
- Assist business leaders with development and delivery of financial plans, forecast and analyses
- Lead business finance coordination of global new indications
- Ownership of management reporting for assigned businesses
- Primary point of contact between the business and the finance organization
- Provide management with insight on all areas of cost and revenue
- Participate in projects to maintain, test and improve the IT systems used for budget/forecast and management reporting
- Lead special projects
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:
- B.S. or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
- Demonstrated ability to present to and partner with senior leaders, understand corporate strategy, and influence business outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with an ability to coordinate complex processes across multiple stakeholders across the Finance organization
- Self-starter, problem-solver, comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet frequent deadlines
- Superior analytical and modeling skills
- Experience with financial statement analysis and a strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and processes
- Financial reporting, and IT systems competence
- Experience with SAP, SAP BPC, and Business Objects preferred
- Power use of Excel and PowerPoint
- Language fluency in English: fluent written and spoken - required

The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000
Novocure considers a range of factors, including background and experience, when determining base compensation. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary.
