JOB SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of this job is to maintain accounts payable, records and taxes, bank deposits, coordinate accounts receivable with the reimbursement manager, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as documented for balance sheets, profit and loss statements, various tax returns, and cost reimbursement reports and financial(s) reports to a financial institution, state, and federal agencies for the facility.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 + years of relevant experience including at least 1 year in a Business Office Setting.
  • Maintains compliance with State and Federal law
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Managers include reception and secretarial services, ordering office supplies, maintaining communication systems.
  • AP duties, submitting all Invoices to Corporate

Full vaccination against COVID-19 or a medical/religious exemption is required.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
