Responsibilities:

• Deal effectively with residents, public and co-workers.
• Supervise business office staff.
• Organize, prioritize, and work within deadlines.
• Managing critical deadlines and keen attention to detail
• Work across departments to achieve positive outcomes for residents and families

Requirements:

• Prior accounting experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting is required;
• Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, managed care and private insurance;
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills;
• Strong working knowledge of HIPAA guidelines;
• Knowledge of nursing home business functions.
• Must qualify for company insurance, pass DMV check, practice good defensive skills.
