As a Kutol Buyer, you will:

• Purchase/order materials such as chemicals, tankers, fragrances, miscellaneous packaging, etc. in a timely and cost-efficient manner to facilitate on-time delivery of orders and complete all associated documentation.
• Prepare and receive bids and make purchases within defined guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with suppliers and to develop multiple sourcing of quality cost efficient materials on the chemical and/or packaging side of the business.
• Create and update spec sheets and drawings as well as work closely with QA to trouble shoot and correct quality defects.
• Work with both the manufacturing and production department on out of stock items while maintaining safety stock levels to prevent outages

Requirements

We want someone with at least 5+ years' buyer experience, PRODUCTION BUYING A MUST!!! A Bachelor's degree would be nice but NOT required. This position requires strong analytical and good computer skills to monitor inventory levels and analyze historical data so that sound purchasing decisions are made and stock outs are avoided. We also are looking for a person that is meticulous, takes ownership in completing tasks, and a contributor. This position will report to the Purchasing Manager.
