The candidate is responsible for vehicle acquisitions and upgrading client’s vehicles while providing excellent customer care. We offer a competitive salary, plus commission and bonuses for high performing individuals!
Responsibilities
- Be outgoing, friendly, energetic and professional with great customer service, attentiveness and great communication skills.
- Educating guest on the options available through the process of selling their vehicle or upgrading to a new vehicle.
- Generate new and utilize existing customer base to build value in an opportunity to upgrade or sell their current vehicle.
- Use strong decision-making and active listening skills to think progressively about customer needs and service.
- Client focus first mentality. May need to drive offsite at times to satisfy client transportation or time needs.
- Must have good phone skills and communication, daily outbound calls could exceed 50 per day.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily and various other online systems to monitor, track and follow up with.
- Report to Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
