Excel Fitness is an independent franchisee based out of Austin, Tx, and operates over 125 Planet Fitness locations throughout 8 different states. Position Type: Full Time shifts available
Department: Member Support Center (Planet Fitness Call Center)
Compensation: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

*This is an in-office position, not a remote position*

Day in the life:
After completing a two-week paid training, you’ll begin handling inbound phone calls, answering questions/concerns from current and future members regarding the Planet Fitness brand while delivering +1 customer service. In addition, you’ll help maintain department inboxes and other additional duties as needed.

Who are we looking for?

Don’t have call center experience? No problem, we will train you! Must have high school diploma and be at least 18 years old.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a nonexempt position. A nonexempt employee is one who is entitled to the minimum wage and/or overtime pay protections of the FLSA. The anticipated work schedule for this position will be set during normal Call Center hours of operation and determined by business need. Full-Time employees are ones that regularly work at least 30 hours per week.
