We are seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative to provide our clients with the highest level of support by routing their calls to the appropriate person, tracking itineraries and taking messages when necessary. There are no sales involved, just top notch customer service.

Position Hours: Tuesday-Friday 9:00-5:00, Saturday 8:00-3:30.

Minimum experience and education required: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years clerical/office experience that included communicating with public, both in person and via telephone.
