CSR 2- MI Bridges Support Helpdesk Representative

must be a Michigan resident and live within 60 miles of Flint

Job Description:

Will work from home. All computer equipment will be provided all you have to do is provide unlimited high speed internet and live within 60 miles of Flint Michigan. Monday - Friday no weekends

• Handles customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, recording consistent problem areas.
• May respond to e-mail inquiries.
• Customer service is the primary function.
• Calls are basic and routine.
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.
• Communicates routine information in a clear and accurate way with internal and external contacts.

Education & Experience:

• HS diploma with 6 months - 1 year of call center or customer service experience. May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
• Bi-lingual in either Spanish or Arabic are encouraged to apply. Shift premium for Bi-lingual operators.
