What We’re Looking For
TransConnect Services provides 24/7 support coverage, and as such has an opportunity for a customer service professional to join our team. This is a good opportunity for someone driven to help define the TransConnect client experience, as well as their own career opportunities.
The available shift is Thursday - Monday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and pay starts at $16 per hour, plus a premium for evening and weekend shifts.

Opportunity to Excel
Our Call Support team provides world class customer service and speedy assistance to all TransConnect clients. These customer service specialists will help our clients with requests for information about our products and services, some transaction processing, account maintenance and reporting. An escalation point will be provided for handling financial decisions or highly sensitive situations, and primary modes of communication will be via email and phone, since our client base is spread across North America.

To achieve outstanding performance levels, you would need to become an avid student of both TransConnect and Apex Capital’s products and services. A successful Call Support Representative will maintain professionalism at all times, regardless of the details or emotion of the situation. They will be able to consistently and autonomously address issues while exhibiting the flexibility necessary to grow and change with a startup environment. The very best will understand client needs at a level that allows them to anticipate future concerns, and will proactively communicate and address these with their team.

Desired Qualifications
We are open to entry level candidates for this role, as long as they are confident providing customer service over the phone and have a high school diploma, with preference for a four year degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Previous experience with trucking, logistics, or financial services is a big plus. Applicants should possess excellent telephone etiquette, Microsoft Office, problem solving, personal accountability, and social skills.
