Call Center Room Service Clerk. This position has three shifts: 630 AM to 3 PM and 7 AM to 3 30 This position answers incoming telephone calls, takes patient's meal orders for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Greets internal/external customers needing assistance, under minimal supervision. Supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practives the Service Excellence standards to all customer groups. Performs additional assigned duties and coordinates efforts depending on department needs. Maintains professional behavior when dealing with customers, issues or conflicts, utilizing appropriate resources as needed. Assists to provide an environment conducive to safety for patients, visitors and employees. Must have ability to read and write in English, ability to communicate with patients, families, staff, physicians, support agencies, vendors and others. Must have ability to remain calm under stress, abiilty to evaluate and interpret information and make independent decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
