Care Professional's Needed. ($13-$16 per hour)

Full-time and part-time hours available now! Day, evening and night shifts available as well as weekend hours! Weekend pay rates start at $1 more per hour!

Home Instead is seeking professional, caring and compassionate Care Professional's to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community by brightening the lives of our clients while assisting them in their everyday needs. We provide a variety of non-medical services that allow aging adults to remain in their homes where they are surrounded by their fondest memories and all of the things that they love and where they can meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion. Duties include companionship and conversation, light housekeeping and meal preparation, medication and appointment reminders, assistance with bathing and grooming, toileting and incontinence assistance and Alzheimer's Care.

Care Professional must have the ability to care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect and the ability to communicate in a friendly and congenial manner. A background check and drug screen are required. You must have reliable transportation to and from your assignments.

Duties:

• Reading, writing, and carrying out directions
• Charting or taking notes for others to review
• Providing companionship and supportive listening
• Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
• Feeding clients
• Transporting client to appointments
• Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
