At the Caribe Royale, we are extremely excited about the expansion of the Grand Caribe Convention Center, the complete renovation of all 1,335 suites and villas, and a new lobby creating a new “arrival experience”. If you are excited, and passionate, about ensuring our guests have a memorable experience then this is a wonderful time to join the Caribe Royale family.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service with a smile!
- Greet each guest promptly, and serve all beverages in a timely manner
- Accurately ring in orders to ensure proper price and to maintain beverage costs
- Obtain a room charge card or credit card when running a tab and ring in each round.
- Use alcohol awareness procedures at all times
- Complete side work and any other duties as assigned by management
Job Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience and server experience required
- Excellent beverage knowledge (beer, wine, liquor, etc.)
- Must be a team player
- Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
