Bricks 4 Kidz is an innovative and hands-on educational program that teaches children about S.T.E.M. (science, technology, engineering and math) while having fun building motorized LEGO models.

We are seeking Camp Instructors in Marietta, Smyrna & Kennesaw that are outgoing & energetic and love working with kids. Instructors will lead classes of up to 16 elementary school kids by delivering an engaging lesson, building a motorized LEGO model with the kids, and ending off with a fun and educational lesson recap and games. Camps aligned with Cobb County School District breaks from school during the summer, September, November, December, January, February and April. Once hired, teachers can sign up based on their availability.

Instructors MUST report to work on time as scheduled, wear Bricks 4 Kidz T-shirt each workday and follow daily class schedule. Instructors MUST HAVE professionalism, experience managing a classroom of elemntary aged students, a passion for working with children and pass a criminal background check. This position is ideal for someone looking to work Monday - Friday between 7:45am-5:30pm.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience and a passion/patience for working with kids aged 5-12
• Enthusiastic and fun personality
• Professional with excellent communication skills with everyone
• Open to feedback
• Excellent punctuality, organization skills, and work ethic
• Ability to work well in high-energy environments
• Classroom management skills vital
• Approach & friendly
• Ability and maturity to implement pre-planned and organized daily schedule without changes unless approved
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Pass criminal record check
• Team player

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Only teachers and students can enter camp room. Everyone must sanitize hands upon each entry into room. Teachers must sanitize room and equipment throughout the day. All must complete temperature check.
