About Fig:

Fig Farms is an indoor cannabis company. We are dedicated to unique terp profiles, breeding, pheno hunting & chasing the perfect flower. We have an entire breeding / pheno hunt program, a nursery with over 500 different cultivars in our mom bank, and multiple flowering rooms. We are 100% compliant with the state of California and operate under Metrc. We have a state of the arts facility located in Oakland, California.

Role:

Metrc specialist will be a master at tracking & organizing the movement of plants from seed to harvest to transfers. You will be responsible for accurately tagging products and entering data into the Cannabis Tracking System - Metrc. Must be able to handle a high volume of data entry. Looking for someone who has knowledge of computers and cannabis. Although you will be working directly in the garden, you will not be physically touching or maintaining plants.

Responsibilities:

-Create clone cuts

-Populating tags for our nursery team.

-Plant transitioning from nursery (immature stage) to a flowering stage.

-Populating tags for all of our flowering rooms.

-Restarting plants for the Mother room

-Receiving Metrc intakes.

-Maintaining and reconciling Metrc.

-Reconciliation of plants on a weekly basis.

-Prepare outgoing manifests for transfers.

-Harvesting plants in flowering rooms

-Creating packages

-Populating new strains

-Creating seeds in Metrc

-Maintain records of process validation for each sku / consistency produced in our facilities

-Review and reconcile on a weekly basis inventory in all garden rooms.

-Other duties assigned when needed.

-Contacting metrc with any issues and solving them.

-Flexible work schedule

-This position has no supervisory responsibilities

Skills:

-Skilled with computers & office equipment

-Touch typing skills utilized daily.

Requirements:

-Metrc Experience

-Organization and prioritizing

-Effective communication skills and positive team player.

-21 YEARS OLD

-Part time (3 days a week)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
