We're looking for an experienced, dedicated professional to join our team of Managers. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and a history of performing well in a fast-paced environment. This individual will have the opportunity to develop the skills needed to lead a team and work under pressure to achieve all organizational goals. This is an outside marketing leader position. Our outside marketing includes both door to door appointment setting as well as show / event marketing. This postion is a team leader position to run all outside marketing. This person will lead the day to day operations of the outside marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and guide staff members.
• Organize and direct staff members' work.
• Train staff members.
• Keep track of staff members' time and productivity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
