Day to Day Responsibilities

• Document any observed changes in client
• Assist clients with ADLs according to their individualized care plan - i.e bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding, transferring, meal preparation, light housekeeping, etc
• Take/Record vital signs as well as weight and height
• Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards
• Assist client in walking and transporting to doctors’ appointments, outdoor activities, shopping, ect.

You MUST have:

- High School diploma or GED

- 1 years’ experience as a caregiver as a CNA, GNA, ($16.50)// -- Home Health Care/Private Duty experience preferred. If non credentialed than $16 hr With overtime up to $24 per hour FOR HANOVER/LANCASTER ONLY. York is 14.75 HHA, 15.50 CNA

- Current CPR certification, Tuberculosis

- Valid Driver's License with Auto Insurance

- Ability to travel throughout York or Lancaster or Hanover

- Physical and TB Test (from the past 12 months)

- Updated resume

- Availability to work various hours during the week, including every other weekend

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
