• Looking for someone to start ASAP.
• 2nd and 3rd shift.

• Full range of personal care to individuals with disabilities.
• Accurate mileage of any trips taken.
• Homemaker personal care (HPC) activities completed during the shift.
• Document, Service Notes, Behavior documentation, Incident reports, Communication logs. Various logs that may be required by medical professionals, behavior specialists, etc.*
• PERSONAL HYGIENE.
• CLEANING ON DAILY BASIS.
• LIFTING AND PROVIDING PERSONAL HYIGENE CARE.
• COOKING DAILY.
• YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.
• Communicate with co-workers and home managers about concerns or activities completed/need completed throughout the shift.
• Maintain required certifications and training (recertification classes offered).
• Monitor medical needs of the individual(s).
• Provide emergency care, as needed.
• Provide behavioral intervention, as needed.
• Serve as a role model of appropriate behavior and social skills in the home and the community.
• Conduct additional services requested by our consumer or their service team that may improve their quality of life, health and safety.

Skills Needed:

• High school or equivalent education.
• Minimum of 1 year of continuous, verifiable work experience in a care or customer service role.
• Experience working in patient care or with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Must have current & valid OH driver’s license as well as personal car insurance.
• Must possess First Aid, CPR, AED & Medication Administration Certifications (if certifications are needed, trainings can be provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
