Responsibilities:
- Provide ADL assistance for elderly patients by attending to their basic needs to remain safely at home.
- Remind clients to take prescribed medication.
- Help with mobility around the house or outside (appointments, walks etc.)
- Plan and prepare meals.
- Grocery shopping and errands.
- Perform light housekeeping
- Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
Qualifications:
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, or in-home care environment preferred.
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
