Skills and Responsibilities

Home care aides will assist our clients with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Good verbal and written communication skills are highly recommended! Further types of assistance will be dependent on the needs of the client. We are always looking for caregivers who are attentive!

Minimum Job Requirements:

• COVID-19 Vaccinated/ Medical Exemption
• Current TB test
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• 18 years of age or older at time of employment
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance
• California Home Care Aide registration (Ask for more information about how to obtain a registration through our agency)

Thoughtful Home Care provides access to proper personal protective equipment! We also follow COVID-19 precautions and do not work with COVID-19 positive clients.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
