Synergy HomeCare of Palm Bay is looking for compassionate Caregivers for PRN; Per diem hours, overnights weekdays, and/or weekends cases throughout Brevard County

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Qualifications & Requirements

• HHA Certificate or CNA License
• Current FIRST AID & CPR certification
• Current TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 months
• Pass criminal record and Level 2 background in AHCA clearinghouse
• Reliable transportation/Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with ALZ/DEM Memory care a plus!
• Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) a plus! *but not a requirement*
