WE HAVE IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR CARPENTERS!!

Are you an experienced carpenter looking for stable, year-round opportunities with skilled, family-oriented company? Sunrise Sunrooms has been remodeling Cumberland County for over 40 years, and owes its outstanding reputation for excellence to the experience and knowledge of its staff. Now, while we expand our positions to meet the demand for our product, is the best time to join our team and see what we can build together! About 90% of this job is installing sunrooms, though sometimes we tackle other smaller projects, too.

This Job:

• Pays: $25-32/hr DOE
• Comes with gas and tool allowance
• Year-round, full time employment
• Part time is available (open to discuss if desired)

What You’ll Do:

• Construct and install sunroom structures and related components, including decks/flooring, fencing, windows, walls, roofing, etc
• Operate power equipment, tools, machinery
• Take care of equipment and tools
• Work safely by using best practices on the jobsite
• Additional tasks as assigned

What You Bring:

• Ability to interpret and follow instructions (like assembly instructions)
• Ability to mind the details while following a timeline
• Ability to work alone or with a team
• Ability to use numbers accurately
• Great English communication skills
• Some tools you like to use
• ME driver’s license
• Experience from completing an apprenticeship program or some combination of training and experience
