The Position: We’re looking for an Insurance Case Manager. The pay range we’re offering is $18 – $21/hour, depending on experience.

- We offer vacation after 1 year of employment.

- We offer matching IRA plan.

-We offer monthly bonus eligibility after 90 days of employment.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 year experience with insurance and billing (verifications, ERAs/EOBs, payment posting, A/R, patient consults)

-Ability to manage the full revenue cycle of cash and health insurance cases.

- A willingness to be part of our team and a desire to help patients live better lives.

- Be an independent, organized, and diligent worker

- Friendly, compassionate and health conscience

- Able to Multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

-Experience with eClinical Works software, or similar medical software

- Bilingual is a HUGE plus

Responsibilities:

- Follow standardized processes and work flows

- Manage communications with insurance carriers

- Verify health insurance and coordinate benefits between 2 disciplines

- Daily billing of insurance carriers and self pay patients

- Analyze ERAs/EOBs for errors, and do follow up, to obtain the maximum reimbursement in a minimal amount of time

- Update CAQH

- Credentialing
