Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and oversee operation of the CCBHC project.
• Ensure that all program development plans and activities are executed in keeping with the organization’s values, mission, vision, and strategy.
• Participate in CCBHC specific workgroups both internally and externally.
• Orient, and train project staff and assist in coordinating training and professional development for team members.
• Work with MHSD managers to assure that project activities are conducted.
• Work with MHSD managers to ensure compliance with all grant requirements and reporting.
• Collaborate with the evaluation team to ensure continuous quality improvement and the collection of accurate and timely reporting of all required data.
• Review statistical and management reports. and participates in quality improvement reviews.
• Participate with MHSD management in assuring patients receive compassionate and trauma-informed clinical treatment with the scope of practice regulations governing certified community behavioral health clinics.

Minimum Qualifications

· Human Services related Master’s degree

· 5 years’ experience with Mental Health and./or substance use disorders

· Project Management experience

**SAMHSA experience is REQUIRED**

4. Supervisory Relationships:

· The Project Director is supervised by the MHSD Executive Director

5. Personal Qualities:

• Good verbal and written communication skills necessary
• Demonstrate the ability to operate effectively in a team-approach with ability to coordinate with community partners and MHSD stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• New Orleans, LA 70114: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Driver's License (Preferred)
