Job description
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Director of Food Services in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the operation of the Food Service department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the facility.
- A high school diploma is required.
- The incumbent must be currently enrolled in or a graduate of an accredited course on dietary training.
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical facility.
- Must have basic computer knowledge.
- Must be a Certified Dietary Manager and participate in ongoing education.
- Must be able to lift, push or pull 50 pounds.
